Which topics does F3 cover?
The objectives of an organisation, integrated reporting, developing a financial strategy, equity and debt finance, capital structure, dividend policy, financial risk, currency and interest rate risk management, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and pricing and post-transaction issues.
What question formats does the F3 exam use?
F3 is a computer-based objective test: 60 questions in 90 minutes. You will see multiple choice, multiple response, number entry, drop-down, and drag and drop questions, and occasionally hot spot questions. Every question carries the same marks and there is no penalty for a wrong answer.
Who teaches the course?
